RETURNING AN ITEM

We want you to be happy with your CASTLINE order. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition.

RETURN POSTAGE

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at enquiries@castlineclothing.co.uk as soon as possible. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and checked, approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.
